Delivery Costs and Shipping/Return Policies

DELIVERY COST:

Our Shopping Cart will calculate the Delivery Cost for you. Place your item in the cart and go to Checkout. Type in your state and zip code then click "Apply." Your Delivery Cost will be displayed.

REGULAR GROUND DELIVERY:

Small parts are shipped by regular ground delivery.

TRUCK FREIGHT:


ATTENTION! Truck Freight Delivery is not Door-to-Door.
You must go to the Greyhound Station to pick up your part.


Steel Bumpers are "Oversize" and must be shipped by Truck Freight.

Plastic Bumper Covers are "Oversize" and must be shipped by Truck Freight.

The fastest and lowest cost Truck Freight service is from Greyhound Bus. With this service, we wrap the part for shipping then send it by truck to our local Greyhound Bus Truck Freight Terminal here in the Detroit area. Greyhound sends it to your closest Greyhound Bus Station that accepts Truck Freight. Shipping costs displayed in the Shopping Cart are a total price and include packaging, the cost of transportation to the Greyhound Freight Terminal, Greyhound's shipping charges, and insurance.

All Greyhound Truck Freight Shipments are made FOB shipping point, freight prepaid. This means that the Buyer accepts delivery of the part and takes ownership at the point when we deliver it to Greyhound. Once Greyhound accepts the part for shipping and assigns a Busbill number, then the part is considered to have been delivered to the Buyer. Buyer authorizes Buyer's local Greyhound Agent to accept delivery of part on Buyer's behalf when it arrives. Buyer is responsible for picking-up part in a timely manner from Buyer's local Greyhound station. Many Greyhound stations will charge a storage fee starting after 3 days if part is not picked up, although this varies from station to station. All parts shipped by Greyhound are fully insured for both the full value of the part plus the value of the shipping cost. If the part is damaged in transit, Buyer is responsible for filing a claim with Greyhound, since Buyer has title to the part during the period when the part was damaged.

SHIPPING TIME:

We usually ship within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment clears. Depending on where you live, shipping time in transit will typically take another 2 to 7 business days. Shipping information, tracking number, etc. will be emailed to you as soon as the shipment has been made.

DELIVERY AREA:

We ship to the Continental 48 United States only.

If you are in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Canada or any other international location, you are outside of our delivery area. We do not ship outside of our delivery area.

SHIPPING POINT:

All shipments are FOB Detroit, MI.

IN-STORE PICKUP:

We welcome you to pick-up at our Detroit area warehouse.

RETURNS:

You may return new, unopened items sold by Original Fit Corporation within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. For Return Authorization instructions, please contact us. Refunds will be given for the price of the part only. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Returns will not be accepted after 7 days - painted parts cannot be returned - NO EXCEPTIONS!
