AutoLign™ Manufacturing Group warranties its collision repair parts to be free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the part is originally installed. If a failure occurs, provide proof of purchase to your place of purchase and a new part will be provided free of charge. Reimbursement of the cost of installation labor, if incurred as a result of the failure of an AutoLign™ product, is covered by this warranty if pre-approved by AutoLign™ Manufacturing Group, subject to review.

This warranty applies only to vehicles registered and normally operated in the United States. This warranty does not apply to commercial vehicles and does not include coverage for failure resulting from accident, damage, abuse or improper installation. This warranty is not transferable.

AUTOLIGN™ MANUFACTURING GROUP AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF ITS PARTS.

Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
